POSITION TITLE: Construction Project Manager
HOURS: Full Time Employment
POSITION DUTIES: Manage & supervise coordination & integration of technical activities in construction
management of residential steel building construction projects & worksites. Knowledge of sketching, design
techniques, tools & principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings & 3D
models. Direct, review, or approve project design changes & manufacturing at international warehouse.
Conduct compliance review of scientific, technical & environmental requirements for imported construction
materials. Prepare, review, recommend, or approve reports, proposals, budgets, purchase orders, cost
estimates, bids, or contracts. Direct, supervise & develop policies & standards for recruitment, placement &
evaluation of project staff.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and 48 months
experience in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Construction Management.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
: Knowledge of architectural, construction & engineering design
techniques, principles, & tools involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings & 3d models.
Experience with design software, such as Autodesk, Autocad2d & 3d, Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop, Revit,
Rhinoceros, 3d printing & Autodesk 3d Studiomax. Experience with construction project management
software.


TRAVEL/OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Position requires approximately 25% international travel to
Europe to oversee & manage manufacturing of steel building products. Employer operates from its
headquarters in Austin, Travis County, Texas. Position requires that applicant travel from Employer’s
Headquarters to construction worksites within area of intended employment in Central Texas to manage
construction projects.
